This tiny book is dedicated to a grand theme: 239 Korean mountains. Carefully selected details make Mountain 239 a versatile and practical object. It is no longer just a book, but a perfect travel companion when climbing the mountains featured in it. With a width of 50 mm, a length of 68 mm and a thickness of 20 mm, it is small and light enough to take with you wherever you go. A carabiner allows it to be attached to a bag or belt loop. At the bottom of the spine, you will find a compass to guide you on your way. Featuring a robust PVC cover and water-resistant, sturdy pages, the book is designed for durability. A practical button clasp keeps it firmly closed when not in use.

Inside, each page showcases a single mountain. At the centre, an image depicts the stone marking its summit. Above the image is the mountain’s name, while the bottom of the page explains the name’s origin and its features. Along the edges, you’ll find key details such as height, location, serial number, national park designation, and whether it is one of the 100 famous mountains. Some pages include colourful illustrations showing the flagship species found on each mountain. At the end of the book, there is practical information for hikers.
